Shipping

Shipping rates effective January 1, 2022: There is a flat rate of $10 for shipping and handling on all orders within the US and US territories. Free shipping is available for orders of $100 and above (before tax).
All orders are shipped in standard shipping boxes via USPS or UPS to the address provided during check-out.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days (weekdays) from when we receive them.
We ship to any address within the US and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking information is sent to the email address provided during check-out.

Refund/Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Damaged Items: Please contact us within 5 days from receiving damaged items due to shipping at hello@wickdessentials.com for a replacement or refund.
